Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping

Made to order. Usually ships in 2 to 4 business days.

Every order ships with tracking, so you can follow it all the way to your door. Prices are in Canadian dollars and differ slightly for Canada and the US. Choose where you're shipping to at the top of any page.

We ship to Canada and the United States from this website. For other countries, order through our Etsy shop or email us.

Returns and exchanges

We print names and text exactly as you type them. That includes capital and small letters, spelling and spaces. If you type "kishan", we print "kishan", not "Kishan". We don't contact you to confirm, so please check your text before ordering. We can't refund or remake an order that was printed exactly as it was typed.

Most of what we make is personalized, so we can't take back items that arrive as ordered. If something arrives damaged, the NFC chip doesn't work, or we made a mistake with your name or colours, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Privacy

When you order, we receive your name, email, phone number, shipping address and the personalization you entered. We use these only to make and ship your order and to contact you about it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

If you ask us to program a tag for you, we use the contact details you send only to program that tag.

Medical tags. The profile you enter is stored in a secure cloud database and shown to anyone who taps the tag, so that it can help in an emergency. Only add information you're comfortable with a first responder or a stranger seeing. Editing requires your PIN, which is stored as a one-way hash. We don't sell or share profile information. To have a profile deleted, email us from the address you ordered with.

Reviews. When you leave a review, we use your email only to confirm you ordered from us. It's never shown on the site. We show your first name, your review, any photos you add, and your country.
